01 Accepting These Terms

When you register an account on 10JILI, make a deposit, or place a bet, you are confirming that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and that you accept them fully. These Terms apply to everyone who uses the 10JILI platform, including visitors who only browse without creating an account.

10JILI has the right to update these Terms at any time. If we introduce important changes, we will let you know through the email linked to your account or through an announcement on the platform. If you continue to use 10JILI after an update, that will be treated as your acceptance of the revised Terms. Please check this page from time to time so you are aware of any changes.

02 Eligibility Requirements

Before you can use the 10JILI platform, you need to satisfy all of the eligibility conditions listed below:

• You must be at least 21 years old at the time of registration.
• You may only join and play if the laws in your location allow you to take part in online betting and gaming.
• You cannot be based in any place where online gambling is clearly banned by local law.
• When you register or place bets, you must be doing so for yourself and not for someone else.
• Current employees, contractors, or immediate family members of 10JILI staff are not allowed to open an account.

10JILI may ask you to verify your age and identity at any point. If you fail to provide acceptable proof, we can suspend your account and hold any pending withdrawals until the verification is finished. Age checks are something we take seriously, and keeping minors away from gambling is a firm commitment here at 10JILI.

03 Creating Your Account

To use all 10JILI features such as deposits, betting, and withdrawals, you need to create your own account. Signing up is free and typically takes under two minutes. When you register, you must give accurate and complete details, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number.

You are allowed to keep only one 10JILI account. If we find more than one account tied to the same person through name, device, IP address, payment method, or any other details, we will close all duplicates. Any balances in those duplicate accounts may be forfeited at the discretion of 10JILI.

• It is your responsibility to keep your login details safe. Never share your password with anyone.
• If you think someone else has accessed your account without your permission, tell 10JILI right away.
• 10JILI will never ask for your password through email, chat, or phone.
• Your account profile, including the registered name, is non-transferable to another person.

04 Deposits and Payment Methods

10JILI accepts deposits through supported Philippine mobile wallets and banking channels, including PayMaya. Transactions are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP). Standard deposits do not carry a 10JILI fee, but your wallet or bank may impose its own transaction charges.

Deposits are usually credited to your 10JILI account in real time. If your deposit does not reflect within 15 minutes, contact support and keep your transaction reference number ready. 10JILI is not liable for delays caused by your payment provider.

• The current minimum deposit amount is shown in the 10JILI cashier before you confirm your transaction.
• Deposits must come from a mobile wallet or bank account registered under your own name.
• 10JILI does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or payments made on behalf of other players.
• For responsible gaming, 10JILI may apply deposit limits to individual accounts.
• If you deposit the wrong amount, contact support right away because mistaken deposits cannot always be reversed.

05 Withdrawals

10JILI processes withdrawals to the supported payment option registered under the same name as your 10JILI account. Withdrawal requests are typically handled within five minutes, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This fast processing is one of the core commitments 10JILI makes to every player.

Before you can make your first withdrawal, 10JILI may require you to verify your identity. This is a standard security step that helps protect your account from unauthorized withdrawals. You may be asked to provide a clear copy of a government-issued ID, such as your national ID, passport, or driver's license.

• The minimum amount you can withdraw is ₱200.
• All withdrawals must go to an account under your own name. No exceptions.
• 10JILI doesn't charge any fee for standard withdrawal transactions.
• Bonus funds must meet the wagering requirements before you can withdraw them. See Section 7 for the full conditions.
• If extra verification is needed, 10JILI may hold your withdrawal for up to 48 hours.
• Withdrawals linked to accounts flagged for suspicious activity will not be processed.

06 Rules for Placing Bets

Every bet you place on 10JILI follows the specific rules for that sport, game, or market. You'll find these rules on each game or betting market page. Placing a bet means you've read and understood the rules that apply to that market.

10JILI may cancel any bet made because of a technical error, wrong odds display, or system malfunction. When that happens, your stake is returned to your account. 10JILI can also set or change the maximum stake for any market at any time.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it's final. You can't cancel or change it after placement.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets are settled based on the specific rules for that market.
• 10JILI's ruling on how any bet is settled is final.
• The minimum bet amount is ₱10 on most markets.
• The maximum payout for a single bet can be capped. The exact limit is shown within each market.
• 10JILI may restrict or block betting access on certain markets for individual accounts at its own discretion.

07 Bonuses and Promo Offers

10JILI offers bonuses and promos to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses come with specific terms, including wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions. These details are posted next to each promo and form part of these overall Terms and Conditions.

Wagering requirements state how many times a bonus must be bet before it can be withdrawn as cash. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you need to place bets totaling ten times the bonus amount before a withdrawal is allowed.

• Bonuses are added to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until you complete the wagering requirements.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time, unless the promo terms say otherwise.
• 10JILI reserves the right to withdraw or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent activity, including the use of multiple accounts, will be forfeited.
• 10JILI may set maximum bet limits that apply when you play with an active bonus balance.
• Bonuses expire if the wagering requirements are not met within the stated time period.

08 Responsible Gaming

10JILI takes responsible gaming seriously. Playing should stay a fun pastime for adults aged 21 and above, never a path to money problems or personal stress. The platform offers several controls that let you manage how you play, and we urge every account holder to make use of them.

All 10JILI account holders can access these responsible gaming tools free of charge. Each one starts working as soon as you turn it on:

• Deposit Limits Choose the highest amount you can deposit daily, weekly, or monthly. If you lower the limit, it applies right away; if you raise it, the change only takes effect after 24 hours.
• Session Reminders Set a time cap for each gaming session. 10JILI will alert you once you hit the limit.
• Cooling-Off Period Temporarily lock your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. While the cooling-off period is active, deposits and bets are not allowed.
• Self-Exclusion Request to close your account for at least six months. Self-exclusion begins at once and stays in place for the whole exclusion period; it cannot be cancelled early.

09 Activities That Are Not Allowed

10JILI strictly prohibits the following activities. If you take part in any of them, your account may be suspended at once, any remaining balance may be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to the appropriate authorities:

• Creating more than one 10JILI account.
• Giving false or misleading details during signup or identity verification.
• Using bots, scripts, or any automated tool to access or interact with the 10JILI platform.
• Taking advantage of bugs, glitches, or security gaps to get an unfair edge.
• Working with other players to rig game results or influence betting markets.
• Using 10JILI for money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity.
• Trying to log into another player's account without permission.
• Using your account to place bets for another person is not allowed.
• Taking part in any kind of match-fixing or manipulating sports outcomes is strictly prohibited.
• Harassing, threatening, or mistreating 10JILI staff or other players is not tolerated.

10 Suspension and Closure of Accounts

10JILI may suspend or close an account at any time, with or without advance notice, if there is reason to believe the account holder has violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in prohibited activities, or created a risk to the platform’s integrity.

If your account is suspended, you will be notified through the email address on file. You may be allowed to respond to the reason for suspension before a final decision is made. For serious violations such as fraud, money laundering, or bot use, 10JILI may close the account immediately without prior notice.

• You may close your 10JILI account at any time by contacting our support team.
• Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method.
• Bonus balances that have not yet met the wagering requirements will not be returned when the account is closed.
• Accounts closed because of a breach of these Terms will not have their balance returned.

11 Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the 10JILI platform—such as website design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, and software—is the intellectual property of 10JILI or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any 10JILI content without express written permission.

These platform terms and user policies protect the 10JILI name, logo, and overall brand identity as registered trademarks. Any unauthorized use of the 10JILI brand—whether on social media, third-party sites, or promotional materials—is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.

12 Limits on Our Liability

10JILI provides its platform on an “as is” basis. While we work hard to keep the platform up and running, we cannot guarantee that it will be available at all times or that it will be free from technical issues. 10JILI is not liable for any losses caused by downtime, technical failures, or service interruptions.

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, 10JILI’s total liability to any player for a claim related to platform use is limited to the amount that player deposited in the 30 days before the claim. 10JILI is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

13 Privacy and Data Protection

10JILI collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. When you register an account or use secure login, you agree to the collection and use of your personal data under that policy. We use your information to manage your account, process transactions, verify your identity, and meet legal obligations.

14 Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions follow the laws that apply to the jurisdiction where 10JILI operates. Any legal dispute related to these Terms or your use of the platform will be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.

If a court finds any part of these Terms invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will still apply. The affected portion will be adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
